embarc is hiring hourly team members for our Fontana store and beginning to build our team for our upcoming Riverside Arlington location, expected to open in fall 2026. This career fair is an opportunity to meet candidates interested in current hourly openings in Fontana, as well as individuals who would like to be considered for future opportunities at our Arlington store. Some positions may be available immediately in Fontana, while Arlington opportunities will become available closer to the store's opening. We look for candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, working in fast-paced environments, and contributing to a compliant, community-focused cannabis business. If you enjoy working with people, learning about products, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you. Our teams support a wide range of responsibilities across customer experience, sales support, store operations, inventory accuracy, and compliance. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, cannabis, or other high-volume or regulated environments is helpful, but not required--we value curiosity, accountability, and a strong work ethic just as much.
