General Managers at embarc are responsible for leading store performance, developing talent, ensuring compliance, and creating a strong, community-focused retail environment.

This role requires a balance of business acumen, operational discipline, and people leadership. Strong candidates bring experience managing teams, driving sales, maintaining inventory and compliance standards, and leading through change in multi-faceted retail environments. Experience in cannabis, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume or regulated industries is highly valued.
